Dixie Springs has a housing development located in southwest Utah in the Red Hills of Hurricane City. The Dixie Springs neighborhood sits on the southern side of the town and is surrounded by majestic views of amazing rock formations.

It is also located adjacent to Sand Hollow Reservoir with easy access to the Sand Hollow State Park and is only about 16 miles to St George City.
